Serve Opportunity of the Week
It Stinks to Work on Christmas Eve! That's why we'd like to bless those who are spending their Christmas Eve working in hospitals, police stations, gas stations, fast food restaurants, etc. You can help by providing or delivering cookies on Christmas Eve. Sign up here to provide cookies, to deliver cookies, or to suggest a delivery location. Please bring your cookies to the church—about 1 dozen per plate or package, ready for delivery. Label them for "It Stinks" and drop them off in Connecting Point. If you are delivering cookies, they can be picked up as you leave the Christmas Eve services.
Our Christmas Eve services are a great opportunity for us to create an extra warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Help us do that by volunteering as a greeter, usher, parking lot attendant, or as part of the coffee team for one of our services (Monday, December 24 at 4 or 7 PM). Email Evie Zook to learn more about this Christmas serving opportunity.
Our partnership with Haiti began in 2012. Our primary partnership relationship has been with STEP Seminary, which is located in Port-au-Prince and whose vision is to prepare leaders who will transform Haitian society. In 2019, we have eight Global Ministry Team trips planned for Haiti. Do you feel a calling to be part of our ongoing relationship in Haiti?
