Find care and support.
Everyone needs encouragement through life's challenging times. Hershey Free Church has ministries to help. Here are a few of our support groups.
DivorceCare is a group featuring a 13-week series of videos containing valuable information about working through separation and recovering from divorce. After viewing the video together, there is time to discuss it and share experiences with others in similar situations.
We typically hold DivorceCare sessions in the spring and fall. The fall session will meet in room 10 from 7 to 8:30 PM on Mondays, beginning September 9. Contact Craig Koskela (717-533-4848) for more information.
GriefShare is for men or women who have lost a loved one and would like to share issues and emotions with others experiencing grief. Each session includes a video (providing valuable teaching on topics related to death and grief) and small group discussion.
We typically hold GriefShare sessions in the spring and fall. The fall session will meet in room 601 from 6 to 7:30 PM on Mondays, beginning September 9. Contact Craig Koskela (717-533-4848) for more information.
Scripture makes it clear that God cares about the plight of the orphan. Hershey Free offers a monthly support group for people who are providing care for those in need through adoption, foster care, or as part of Bethany Christian Services’ Safe Families ministry.
The group meets in room 404 at 6 PM on the second Tuesday of each month, beginning October 8. Contact Craig Koskela (717-533-4848) for more information.
Pursuing Purity is a support and accountability group being held for men struggling with pornography. God has been at work in the lives of men in our community. This group is a way to be an encouragement to each other in the battle we face. Send a confidential email to HersheyFree.P2@gmail.com for more information.
