Precepts is a unique inductive bible study with the purpose of engaging people in relationship with God through knowing his Word. Precepts meets weekly on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 11:30 AM in Room 10 starting on January 21 studying Lord, Give Me a Heart for You by Kay Arthur. The workbook costs $12, please register here to attend. The registration deadline is January 10.
Alpha is a 10-week series exploring the basics on the Christian faith in a relaxed, low-key environment. Each evening begins with dinner followed by a video series and discussion. Dinner and child care are provided. Alpha meets weekly on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:15 PM in the Core Cafe. The spring session begins on February 27.
Our Women's Ministries connect opportunities are designed to not only teach but also encourage and equip the women of our church to move out into their communities and make an impact for Christ. We want all women to know that they are a part of a community of believers. We want to walk with you, challenge you, and support you as God moves in your life and heart.
Tuesday Morning Women's Connect meets from 9:30 to 11:30 AM in the auditorium. Light refreshments are provided, and limited childcare is available for a fee. A new series will be starting Tuesday, January 14, which will be the church-wide study of LOVE THIS BOOK: Meeting God In His Story. There is no cost for this study but attendees are asked to register here in order to be added into the group and so that table groups can be planned. Registration deadline is January 14.

Moms Connect provides an environment for mothers of preschoolers to grow in their faith and be encouraged, challenged, and equipped as women, wives, and mothers in the name of Jesus Christ. It also gives opportunity for them to connect with other moms, share mothering ideas and suggestions, and be guided by mentor mothers’ wisdom and experience. Moms Connect meets every second and fourth Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:15 AM in the auditorium. Limited childcare is available for a fee. Contact Moms Connect leadership regarding possible openings and registration fees.
The purpose of Men’s Connect is to equip men to be Christ-centered leaders at home, work, church, and in their communities. We seek to provide ways for men to grow in their faith. We hope to encourage husbands, fathers, and sons as they walk their journey of faith.
Tuesday Morning Men's Connect meets from 6 to 7 AM in the Core Cafe. Breakfast is provided, and there is small group discussion centered on various topics.
Thursday Evening Men's Connect meets from 7 to 8:30 PM in room 401 every first and third Thursday of the month. Men’s Connect will utilize various speakers through the spring term. Topics will vary by the speaker, but will be focused on “Becoming a Better Man of God.” There will be no book or video. Our first regular meeting will be on January 16.
Men's Movie Night | January 10, 2020 | 7 - 11 PM | Core Cafe
This is an evening of men’s fellowship including a brief presentation by the two current Men’s Connect groups followed by a showing of the movie “Remember the Titans.” Light refreshments will be served.
Senior Adult Groups
Senior Adult Bible Fellowship
The monthly Senior Adult Bible Fellowship offers an opportunity for fellowship around God's Word and through worship using some familiar hymns. We meet every first Wednesday of each month (September through June) at 10:45 AM in the auditorium. Stay afterward for lunch. The spring session will begin February 5.
Senior Adult Strength Training
Band Together is a senior adult strength training group that uses stretch bands of various tensions to help those with limited mobility to regain and maintain strength and flexibility. Please note that anyone over age 70 will need to have their doctor’s clearance to participate. We meet Mondays and Thursdays from 11 AM to 12 PM in room 302.
