Winter Connect Groups
Connect Groups are a great way to find smaller connections within our larger church body. New groups are forming for the winter.
Christmas Eve Services
Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus, the long-awaited hope of the world. We look forward to remembering the joy of Christmas and reflecting on what Jesus’ birth means to us today. Join us for one of our Christmas Eve services on December 24 at 5 or 7 PM. Our children’s choir will perform at the 5 PM service only.
Connect Well - Live Well
During our one-year milestone, Connect Well – Live Well, we challenge you to “Take Five” minutes on Sundays and get to know someone new or go deeper with those you might only know casually. It’s easy to walk through the doors on Sunday and only say hi to the people we already know. It takes all of us to make Hershey Free Church a place where people feel known, have a sense of belonging, and are connected.
We asked you for suggestions on how to “Take Five” on Sundays, and these are some of your suggestions. If you haven’t tried one yet, we encourage you to make it a priority in 2025!
“Introduce yourself to someone new and remember their name! Even if you have to write it down.”
“Talk to those around you who are seated by themselves.”
“Ask how people are doing. Show them you care as Jesus does for all of us.”
“Invite someone out for lunch after church.”
“Pray God always gives a new person to visit with when my heart is open for him to direct my steps.”
